I am having the same error code with my Electrolux Dish washer. Technitian came out when under extended warrantee. There was to leak or water under the dish washer. He wiped the sensor and ran a hair dryer . The error 1 came back again but now the dish washher is out of warrantee and Warrantech tells me the can not help me.

From what you have described your Electrolux dishwasher is displaying an error code of “E1” and you have had it repaired under an extended warranty, now you need additional assistance. An “E1” error code stands for a leak has been detected. This could be an issue with the sensor or there could be a leak within your dishwasher. Do you notice any water around your dishwasher? You could also perform a reset on your dishwasher and this may help clear any false error codes. To reset your dishwasher you need to flip the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes.
