0 Good Afternoon Strchld26, I understand you are unable to get the drying agent into the dispenser of your Electrolux dishwasher, model# EDW5505ESS. You will find detailed instructions on how to fill the rinse aid on page 16 of the manual attached. Hope this helps. -Best Regards-
