I can't start my dishwasher all lights are blinkin...

I can't start my dishwasher all lights are blinking put in a new panel and they are still blinking. What is wrong?

0 Have you reset the unit from the circuit breaker of your home? If you have, with no change, contact Electrolux for a service call
