I have a dishlex dx 303 and not sure where the man...

I have a dishlex dx 303 and not sure where the manual I have never had a problem with the machine. but at the moment a 20 keeps showing up on the display screen and the machine is not washing properly, could you please advise on the problem. Thankyou
