0 I appreciate your inquiry, timritch38! From the information you have provided your Electrolux dishwasher is not spraying out of the top arm. It could be an issue with the arm being clogged, I would advise to remove the arm and clean it out. The best way to do that is by using warm soap and water to help clear any debris. Additionally, if the water pressure going into your dishwasher is not between 20-120 PSI that could cause an issue with the arms. I hope this information is helpful. –OOS
