I used a dishwasher at my sons place in Fl. terrible spots all over the dishes and silverware. It is like a white coating. I think its hard water but could it be something wrong with the dishwasher? You have to scrub with a steel wool to get the film off and then it comes off very very hard. Please advise. Thank you
