0 Hello wiggsan, thank you for your inquiry! I have identified that a few possibilities being your control panel or door lock assembly. I would perform a reset on your appliance you can do this by unplugging or flipping your household circuit breaker for roughly ten minutes. If you continue to experience your appliance not working I would suggest having a professional come out and properly repair your appliance. -Chris
