My Electrolux dishwasher #PLD285ORDCO will not res...

My Electrolux dishwasher #PLD285ORDCO will not respond to commands. When I selected "lower rack" "Normal Cycle", those lights came on, the machine sounded as though it is running, but no water or action and I cannot get it to cancel. None of push button panel is responsive. Must open the door to stop.
