0 Hello Carol Keller, thanks for your post! From the information you have provided me it sounds like a faulty issue with your control panel or sensor. I would suggest performing a reset and you can do that by disconnecting power from your dishwasher for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue you may want to have a technician out to perform a diagnosis. This will help to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hope this is helpful. –OOS
