Electrolux Microwave/vent hood combo over electric range. Info plate says made in mid 2007. Will not respond to any control buttons pressed. Light is on. "SE" shows on digital screen. I have turned off power for 5 min. . No change when powered back on.. Can not find instruction manual to research...

0 Thank you for your post, tommyo818! I understand that your Electrolux microwave is displaying an error code of “SE”. Typically, “SE” stands for a key short error. I see that you have reset your microwave and there was no change in the operation, you may need to have a technician come out and replace the touch pad. I would recommend a technician because he has the appropriate tools for replacement parts and can properly disassemble the microwave. This will help to avoid any personal injury.
