5 The specific procedure will depend on the model number of your microwave. Can you verify the model number of your microwave oven. I tried searching for model 318279621B but the Electrolux website said it was "Not a valid model number". The model number is usually found on the lower right side of the storage drawer. http://www.electroluxappliances.com/Owner-Support/Product-Support/
