5 Ok, so first off, you should consult the Use & Care manual in case it's a common problem. You can check it out here http://goo.gl/WZGSjs or http://goo.gl/ix63M4 I also found a forum discussion where a user was facing a similar problem as you. Some people suggested this to be a common problem that you can get rid of by hitting the reset button on your oven. However, this might be difficult to locate so proceed cautiously. You may even need to contact a technician to help you out.
