Alarm is sounding with display of F11 and cannot reset user preference or turn off…..oven cannot be turned on

0 Good Afternoon Cjmissouri, I understand you are receiving an F11 and the alarm is sounding on your Electrolux oven, model# EI30EW. The F11 code means that there has been a key detected as pressed for a long period of time. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home’s circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. While the power is off, wipe down the control panel. Sometimes even the slightest build-up on the control panel can cause this to happen. Restore power and start any cycle.
