Hi, my oven got locked and I cant unlocked it. I tried by turning off the power and It didnt unlocked.

0 Hello aerialsilkart - Thank you for allowing me to assist you. How long was the unit unplug? It is important to wait approximately ten minutes. However, since it proves to be ineffective, and door did not unlatch then either the unit is experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly or a communication with the EOC (Electronic Control Board). I would suggest contacting a professional to accurately diagnose and repair the range.
