I cleaned the oven last night and today the fan is still on and the oven is still locked. I tried turning on and off the electricity but did not help. I reset the clock also. Electrolux Gallery Series, ~2004, wall convection oven, unknown model number because door locked :-)

0 Hi betsygrillo, I appreciate your post! I understand that you have an Electrolux Gallery oven and you performed a self-clean on it, now the fan is still on and the door will not open. I have researched the issue and can provide a couple of steps that might help the situation. First, try performing a reset again this time flipping the household circuit breaker off for roughly about ten minutes. Secondly, if your control panel has a clear or off button you could push that for about three seconds and that should release the door. Lastly, if those steps do not work you could perform another self-clean but before the appliance goes into cleaning mode cancel it and give time for the door to unlock.
