I have an Electrolux Oven model EW27EW55G55. I don't understand the process for using the temperature probe. Do you have to insert the probe into the meat BEFORE the oven is warm? If so you put the cold meat into the cold oven and then set the oven temperature. My email address is - gailjensen@cableone.net
