Question About Electrolux Oven CEW30EF6GSF
Unable to use the self cleaning feature...

Hello, I am having trouble with the self clean feature for the oven. When I press the icon, it beeps and the message "remove all racks" us displayed. ALL the racks have already been removed! Your assistance in this frustrating matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly, Tanya.
