Question About Electrolux Pasta Maker TCPE1ELHU
I purchased new pasta cooker and my problem now is...

I purchased new pasta cooker and my problem now is that every time I turn the cooker on I fill the tank and I set the temperature but I have to turn the filling water botton off to make the machine reach the 210f to start boiling and when the water level gets low to turn the filling water on but th temperature drops down inmediatelly pls tellme what to do to fix this problem, thanks in advance Francisco cortez 703 501 07 69

5 Water boils at 212 F. As you fill the tank with new water the incoming water is not 212 F hence it drops the overall temperature of the water. This has to do with the heat transfer properties of water. You should not have to refill the pasta boiler often as it will take time for the water to boil off. Remember the hotter the incoming water is the faster the new water will get up to 212 F. Hope this helps.
