0 Good Morning robyn-reynolds, thank you for your post! I see that the Self-Clean feature does not working on your Electrolux gas range. Let’s try resetting your range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is best to wait approximately 30 seconds and turn on your range. Select the self-clean option. If it does not turn on, then the temperature may have tripped the internal sensor of your range and needs to be reset. This usually has to be done by a professional since you are dealing with gas and the back panel needs to be taken off and the power reset inside. Possibly your appliance may have a communication problem with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). Personally, I would recommend contacting a professional for further evaluation. Best regards! - Chris
