cleaned freezer with water and bleach, tipped it over to empty, and waited 24 hrs. to start. Didnt cool at first and I smelled burning rubber . I checked capacitance and was good. Checked voltage and it was good. Plugged the model back in and it ran fine and got to freezing and when I tried to put the door on it cut off and I smelled burning rubber. The plastic piece that the capacitor plugs into, which then plugs into the compressor terminals is smoking and getting hot and shutting off. Is it the compressors IOL or is it something else.
