5 I should add that it is the front back right row (as you view the hood from the front) that does not work---tried changing bulbs 3x in case new bulbs were bad. Checked the wiring for the entire unit (3 wires) and nothing looked suspicious---unit powers on, one set of lights works, fan blows.
