I was making bean soup and filled my pressure cooker to fill line and set it for soup. It heated for a while but never came up to full pressure and then it quit. The first time this happened we were sent a new "thermal limiter" or something like that. I really think we got a bad pressure cooker since this is the second time it happened. Very unhappy with product.
