Power failure caused alarm to come on and will not...

Power failure caused alarm to come on and will not stop when reset is pushed or alarm off is pushed. Temp display isn't working either. How do you change the 9volt battery Can't find serial or model tag. Freezer is Kenmore Elite Upright 22 cubic ft or larger.... really need help...
