The add water light comes on & the unit will not make ice. There is water in it up to the level mark & it still says to add water. Tried using less water-just below the water mark, still no luck, tried unplugging, then plug in for an hour, then put water in, then turn on & it acts like it is trying to cycle, then red add water light comes on. Drain filter is clean, not plugged up & drains water from unit. Only had a couple months & used twice. Don't know what else to do.
