I purchased a replacement EMERSON icemaker about maybe 1 yr ago and I registered it via phone. I cannot find the book that came with the appliance. It just stopped making ice. The cycle works, but it is not freezing and it has a water flow when the ice is supposed to drop. I do not hear the fan or the compressor working. This is the second that has the SAME problem... HELP
