Question About Emerson Ice Maker IM90
Water in tray freezing solid?...

Water in the tray where the cubes are produced froze solid, this is the second one that has done this, on the first one, after it thawed out only 5 of the nine prongs would produce cubes. how do i fix that and how do i prevent it from freezing solid again?
