we were cleaning our Ice maker & tilted it on it's...

we were cleaning our Ice maker & tilted it on it's corner to pour out the water, after we cleaned it and added water now all it will do when we plugged it back in was the power light just blinks on and off and will not run. can you please tell me what I need to do..
