By mistake I program my microwave for 15 minutes, ...

By mistake I program my microwave for 15 minutes, rather than the clock timer for 15 minutes. My microwave went off and all the lights went off. Later the lights and the control lights came back on. Is it safe to use the microwave or did I do damage that might be harmful to the foods I warm in the microwave?
