Question About Emerson Microwave Oven MW8999RD/MW8999SB
GLASS TRAY DOES NOT ROTATE...

I cleaned the glass tray and the roller guide. I've tried several positions for the roller guide and glass tray. Nothing seems to work [tray no longer rotates. Any ideas?
