Glass Turntable and Wheel...

Hello. I am having a tough time trying to locate a new glass turntable along with the rotating plastic wheels. Any help I could locate on ordering these parts? I enjoy this microwave. Too bad the parts somehow were lost during the move. Thanks.

0 I NEED TO KNOW WHAT POWER AND FOR HOW LONG TO MICROWAVE COOK A 5 LB PRECOOKED BONELESS SPIRALED CUT HAM IN THE MW 8109W EMERSON MICROWAVE OVEN? I DO NOT HAVE THE MANUAL FOR THIS.
