Question About Emerson Microwave Oven MW8117W
Microwave doesn't work...

When I try to cook something, the light comes on inside and the time counts down, but the turntable doesn't spin and it doesn't cook. No sparks, strange noises, or anything else. What can I do? It's only 6 months old.

3 door latch(s) are not fully engaging the safety switch located just inside the cabinet/door jamb. only way to fix is to remove the cabinet and adjust the switch position. it's really no big deal, i had a panasonic that did the same thing. after i fied, it cooked well, but it had really cheap, junky body hardware.
