Without apparent cause (I don't think I did anything), tray no longer rotates and no microwaves (no cooking). All other lights, buttons, displays, etc. are working. Unit is less than two years old and has only moderate to light use (reheat a cup of coffee, cook some veggies, reheat the occasional leftover). Online manual does not have the "what to do before getting unit serviced" section.
