Somehow my mom got the microwave on LOC and it won...

Somehow my mom got the microwave on LOC and it won't allow us to use any of the buttons. It does not have a "cancel" button. It has a "stop" button, which I held down for 3 seconds but nothing happens. What do we do??? It is an Emerson microwave MW 8665W
