Suddenly my MW8992SB microwave stopped working correctly. The clock and timers work fine but it does not heat. For example, when I push the start button, the light comes on and the timer countdown start but there is no action. No turning of the plate, no heating, no noise. I cannot figure out if it is broken or if I need to fix a setting. I read the manual but found nothing to help me understand my issue.
