used it for over a year and no problems. now, it seems to get "stuck" and won't work. then after a few days it will. you can push buttons so it is not child locked, but i held reset in case. i went thru the manual online and didn't see any trouble shooting except the last page with obvious things. i can enter a time but it won't start, then i cannot even reset or clear or stop. then it will by itself after a few minutes. how do i figure out the problem and fix it , i am hungry.
