Actually the model is: TES355KQ which i couldn't...

Actually the model is: TES355KQ which i couldn't find listed. I'm trying to start the cleaning cycle-but after selecting "clean and start" , the door does NOT lock and i get a FSE 1 error msg in display, which I assume is a fuse needed. How do i get to the fuses? this is my mother's stove and she hasn't the manual thanks
