My Estated electric gas stove 3 yrs old...I have no manual Been trying to figure out how to adjust the flames too high and leave black soot on all my pots. I saw a small cylinder on each burner. I moved the small wire in the cylinder thinking that may be the adjuster, well it's not...now when I turn on the burner, it only click...no flame at all. I did try to relight with a lighter, and got a straight shot of flame please assist me with getting my burner relit and with how to adjust the flames
