Suddenly my Euro Pro X convection oven quit heatin...

Suddenly my Euro Pro X convection oven quit heating up and cooking. I put in a pork chop. A mist came out of the vent and only half of the chop cooked. Then it quit entirely. I do not have a manual. I would like to get one. please help me.
