I just found my euro pro steamer handheld steamer. I cannot use the furnature attachment it does not seem to connect to the base of the steamer and i cannot get thru to customer service every attempt i make to call them and i get a recording of there is noone available at this time. How doo i find out if there is a piece missing that is necessary for the portable steamer to work with the furnature attachment that i was trying to connect tothe steamer. The other hose attaches to the steamer with no problem. I think I am missing a part to use the furnature attachment althou I do not knbow what part I am missing? Kmary101@aol.com
