I need an owners manual since I can't find mine. My steamer stopped working (model# SC 412) so I borrowed my mother's (model# EP 9311. They are basically the same steamer, but I can't get my mom's to cut off(stop steaming) when I mash the button to turn it off on the poles attached. I can't rememember if the "0" is off or the "I". I need a manual bad. Please help me if you can. Thank you so much. Jan:)
