1 I've had mine for YEARS and don't know how to get the cap off. Do you screw it off, does it pop off. I bought it from either QVC or HSN so long ago and thought maybe I couldn't get the cap off because I was too weak, but then my ex husband tried to take the cap off, and couldn't. Would you possibly know how? I'm so frustrated!!
