from day one the lower coils do not get hot and I'm unable to broil or bake properly with only the upper coils working. Very frustrating. I can't find a way to open this beast in order to get at the lower coils to "replace" them and get this unit to work properly. I would appreciate some advice and/or a technical "service manual" which would allow me to proceed on my own. EuroPro offered no help at all.
