I need a convection oven to use for baking of old recording tapes. Oddly, an 8-hour baking session will make squeeling tapes play much better for a while. My need is for a convection oven which will bake at 130 degrees for 8 hours uninterrupted AND I need a thermostat which I can use to monitor temps so I don't accidentally ruin the tapes. Which model(s) will suit my needs and where can I obtain thermostat for my purposes?
