Question About Farberware Slow Cooker FSC 600
Need information on heat controls...

Bought at a yd. sale with no manuel. There is a low, hight, and automatic setting. What does the automatic do and how should I use it:

4 I have used my Farberware FSC 600 model for years. I always use the automatic setting because it automatically starts the cooker on the "High" setting until the cooker reaches the proper temperature, then it immediately switches to the "Low" setting until you turn it off. The automatic setting is just a time saver by getting the food to proper temperature quickly before it resets to the "Low"setting.
