3 either something stoped the arm from spinning or it flooded somehow. turn the power and taps off and remove the chord from the wall. open the door and let it dry it may take a few hours to a few days. you can then try turning it back on it may have reset itself... if it doesn't the circuit board needs to be manually set by a repairer, costing $120... so if anyone finds out how to reset the circut board would they please post it here. i hope this helps. thanks
