Question About Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher None

when Dishwasher is switched on it stays on rinse and reset flickering on and of it then stops after acouple of sec. with out dispersing any water while it is on this mode .I bought the house with the appliance installed and therefore has no operations manual to do proper maintenance and possible fault diagnoses.Any information will help thank you
