0 F1 is a leak code, there is a float below the drawer that tells there is water present. could be a seal on the door is blown.

0 did you pull out the bottom drawer and find water? F1 means there is a leak. try to find out where the water is coming/came from. Soak up as much as possible with towels. The sensor at the bottom is a float, if there is any water at all you will have the F1 alarm. If you do not dry it out then you will continue to get the alarm. Was the dishwasher recently installed? or tipped? any other hints would be helpful im finding and fixing the problem.
