F&P Nemo dishwasher not working, has water in the ...

F&P Nemo dishwasher not working, has water in the bottom of the appliance, normal red light is flashing and ECO light is on. Push any button even on/off and it just beeps at you. Have even tried turning appliance off at wall and no joy
