How do you replace motor assembly in DD603 Dishdrawer bottom unit. I have removed the blue rotor unit. Seems like the shaft is frozen. Fisher & Paykel support only tells me I can replace myself. Big help and great customer service. I'm tired of having to pay a service fee for a reoccuring problem. I've tried to get a service manual, however, it only appears to be a parts manual - no help.
