I have a manual for this product but it doesn't tell me how to clean the filter. I have tried to use the Finish dishwasher cleaner on several occasions but the seal never gets broken. Any food residue remains at the bottom of the dishwasher but I can't remove the filter to clean it. Can you help? Thank you.
